This Warranty Policy is the only official warranty policy provided by NATKIE. Any additional warranty promises made by unauthorized sellers, distributors, or third-party repair centers are not recognized by NATKIE.

NATKIE reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Updated policies will become effective once published on the official NATKIE website and will not apply retroactively to products purchased before the update.

This warranty applies only to genuine NATKIE electric bikes and official accessories included with the original purchase.
2. Authorized Purchase Channels
Warranty coverage is only valid for products purchased through:
- NATKIE official website
- NATKIE official stores
- NATKIE authorized online marketplaces
- NATKIE authorized offline dealers
3. Non-Applicable Products
This warranty does not apply to:
- Second-hand products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Refurbished or modified products
- Free gifts or promotional items unless otherwise stated
III. Warranty Coverage & Duration

Notes:
- Battery warranty covers abnormal capacity loss exceeding 20% under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by overcharging, water damage, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
IV. Situations Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by water exposure, extreme heat, overloading, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or external events.
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage.
- Products outside the warranty period.
V. Warranty Service Procedure
1. Warranty Request
To request warranty service, customers must contact NATKIE support and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
2. Review Process
Our support team will review the request and determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.
3. Replacement Parts
If approved:
- NATKIE will provide replacement parts free of charge.
- Customers may install the parts themselves or use a local repair service at their own expense.
4. Return of Old Parts
NATKIE may request the return of defective parts before or after replacement approval.
VI. Additional Notes
- Warranty service includes replacement parts only and does not include labor costs.
- NATKIE reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under warranty.
- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished with equal performance.

To provide additional peace of mind, NATKIE may offer an optional Product Protection Plan through a third-party provider.
