NATKIE currently ships using trusted carriers such as:

Shipping methods may vary depending on product type, warehouse location, and delivery destination.

Please note that due to shipping restrictions and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship electric dirt bikes to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or certain offshore regions.

If you wish to arrange delivery to a freight forwarder or pickup address within the continental United States, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days
  • Pre-order items will display estimated shipping timelines on the product page

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Changes

Before Shipment

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled within 2 hours of placement may be canceled without additional processing fees.

Address Changes

Shipping address updates before shipment are free of charge.

Product Exchanges

If a customer ordered the wrong model and places a replacement order, NATKIE may waive certain processing fees after review.

After Shipment

Order Cancellation

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly.

Customers may refuse delivery; however:

  • A cancellation/restocking fee may apply
  • Return shipping costs may also apply

Address Changes

After shipment, address changes may not be guaranteed.

Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Any additional fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchange requests after shipment may include:

  • Processing fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees

Specific charges depend on the order status and shipping carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Customers can track their shipment using the carrier tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If you experience shipping delays or tracking issues, please contact our support team.

Delivery Issues

If tracking information shows a delivered package but you did not receive it, please contact NATKIE within 3 business days of the delivery date.

After this period, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue.

These situations are outside of NATKIE’s control.

2. Tracking Activation

Tracking numbers may require several days before becoming active in the carrier system.

Please allow some time for updates to appear.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All shipping estimates are based on previous shipping data and are provided for reference only.

Actual delivery times may vary.

4. Carrier Responsibility

NATKIE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused directly by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
