Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
NATKIE offers a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Unopened and Unused
Returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original packaging and has not been assembled, tested, or used in any way. Once the product has been opened, assembled, or ridden, it will be considered used and may no longer qualify for return.
Undamaged Condition
Returned items must be in new condition without scratches, dents, damage, or signs of misuse. Products showing physical damage or improper handling may be rejected or subject to additional charges.
Shipping & Return Fees
Customers are responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
A flat fee of $400 per electric dirt bike may be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping, handling, inspection, and restocking expenses.
If the returned item has visible damage or missing parts, additional charges may apply based on inspection results.
2. Exchange Policy
If your NATKIE product has a verified manufacturing defect or quality-related issue, we will first provide replacement parts or technical support to resolve the issue whenever possible.
If an exchange is approved:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the original product back
- NATKIE will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product
Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment. In such cases, only applicable payment processing or banking fees may be deducted.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to return the shipped item:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A deduction of up to $400 may apply to cover shipping, handling, inspection, and repackaging expenses
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for the refund to appear in your account
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- missing parts
please contact us as soon as possible so our support team can review and resolve the issue.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Accessories
- Spare parts
- Customized products
- Special-order items
- Final sale items
If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is caused by the customer (for example: change of mind, incorrect order, or no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by NATKIE (for example: damaged product, incorrect shipment, or verified defect), NATKIE will cover the related shipping costs.
